Mergers and Acquisitions division:
This division collaborates with VC, PE and other funds to provide quality services to both buyers and sellers of companies. It focuses on consulting advisory services pre, during deal making and post deal integration. Deal making is done by collaborating with deal making firms who may be inside or outside the SAC fold. SAC provides sector, process and business specific consulting services that make the difference between a successful and eventually profitable deal and one that is not. It deploys its network to find suitable companies but this is not done as a standalone brokerage service but as a component od a composite set of pre and post integration services. While SAC’s core service is focused on consulting, its network of investors and brokers provide quality investing and broking services.
SAC’s target customer segments are- acquirers, buyers of companies and funds all of whom have various degrees of stake in long term benefits for themselves. SAC operates in behalf of funds and buyers and provides global expert teams to substantially reduce risk and increase chances of a joint venture, merger or an acquisition.
SAC’s quality controlled by a team of experts drawn from ex-marquee investment banks like Lehman Bros. The consulting teams are composed of sector experts, analysts, business and organization consultants in addition to investment bankers and financial specialists. The teams are a mix of local and global consultants and experts from different disciplines.
